Worlds of anime has been writing fan fics since shortly after our creation. First posting other people works and then starting on our own. Worlds first expedition into interactive fan fics was with our beloved Worlds and Stars. This is actually the first and only fan fiction that we have ever fnished.
Introduction to our Fan Fics
Worlds of Anime does our fan fics a little different from everyone else. All of our fan fics are writen by not one, but several writes. This is what we call interactive fan fic writing. Each character is its own writer and though we do write for other character some times we mainly work with our own characters and then work with each other to each a plot and story line. This form of writes leads to some great stories like Dogs of Battle or Worlds and Stars. Because each person gives something to the story you have a ton of different view points to look at. You also have a wealth of knowledge to pull from while creating the story.
This form of writing is not for everyone, but we have found that it works best for us. We create wonderfully elaborite characters and missions and then mix them in with each other which produces some memorable writing.
Worlds and Stars
Worlds and Stars is a Sci-Fi escapade with all the anime twists. Love trinagles, space ships, a great evil, and what would a really fan fic be without some lemons. lol. Worlds and Stars was not based on any other existing anime series, but mostly adlibbed from other shows taking inspiration. Created on Sept 9, 2001 which was a whole week and half before our famous Dog of Battle.
Worlds and Stars has a wide range of character and a very interesting villan. Comparatively a short read when faced with some of our other fan fics like DoB or Senshi, but Worlds has a strong story which reads well.
Dogs of Battle
Dogs of Battle was created on Sept 18, 2001 and is still currently being worked on. This is by far the longest fan fic I have ever heard of. Spanning 20 chapters including the prulude and equalling over 7,500 paragraphs. Dogs is a very strong story lossly based off the DragonBall series. With great heros, chi blasts, gods and goddess, and twist and turns at every corner. Dogs of Battle started out with only 5 character and has seen as many as 25+ characters being writen for since then.
The plot of Dogs is very simple. The heros must retrieve all of the cat idols from their hidding places so that they might be granted a wish from the great goddess. With this wish they will banish her evil son Kronus from all existance instead of sealing him away as has been done in the past. This mission seems simple enough, but many other villans show up include Konar Kronus's son, Kaburo, and Ra-ed and his legions of the dead. There have been great battles, some deaths, and even some humor thrown in for good measure. All in all Dogs of Battle has turned out to be a saga more then a fan fic and this saga has a ways before it will be done.
Sailor Senshi
Sailor Senshi is a fan fic based off the Sailor Moon world as one might imagen. Set in a future beyond Crystal Tokyo, the scouts have all be reincarnaded once again. Some of the sexes have even changed as that Sailor Mercury is now Knight Mercury, but the plot continues. Evil forces have come back to earth and the other people who can stop it are the Sailor Senshi.
This fan fic was actually started not that long ago and still has yet to reach its prime. It does have all the things Sailor Moon fans love though. Power, transformation, love triangles, true love between Usagi and Mamoru, and even some extra juicy stuff like villans in love with heros.
Seasons Lost
Seasons Lost is a fan fic based off of the Samuri X and Kenshi styled animes and mangas. Sword fighting, ninjas, priestesses, and even a forienger to throw in the mix. All this makes for a wonderful story line that is still being worked at. Seasons Lost has stalled a bit with its main writers being busy in RL, but the story lives on and will hopefull be given some new life as soon as the writers have the time.
