Quizes, quizes, quizes
Some great places to get quizzes can be found at Quizilla and The Otaku. Quizilla has some fun quizes, but right now the search feature is broken so to find them you have to sift through all the rest until you find one of the good ones. The Otaku is another great place for quizes though it doesn't have nearly as many as Quizilla. On the plus side The Otaku does only have anime style quizes.
